Specialized training programs for caregiver candidates since 2011

Since 2021 , Shwe Depan Company has been providing specialized training programs for caregiver candidates, not only for factories and workshops but also for hospitals, elderly care homes, and nursing care facilities in Japan.

We deliver comprehensive, subject-based courses that prepare trainees for the Nursing Care Evaluation Test and the Nursing Care Japanese Language Evaluation Test.

Among the trainees who successfully pass these examinations, selected candidates are interviewed by Japanese companies. Those who pass the interviews are now employed at Art Corporation Ltd, Day Service Centers operated by LOHAS Co., Ltd, and Hakujukai Memorial Hospital.
