Our Services
From Recruitment and Training to Employment in Japan – Shwe Depan’s Complete Process
1. Japanese Language & Behavioral Training
For young people who wish to work in Japan as technical intern trainees, Shwe Depan provides Japanese language training up to the N5 level.
Along with language classes, we also train students in discipline, teamwork, and the ability to live and work cooperatively with others.
2. Company Selection & Interview Process With Japanese Employers
As an accredited (MRI) organization, Shwe Depan teaches Japanese language and Japanese cultural practices essential for trainees.
Qualified candidates are then given the opportunity to sit for interviews with Japanese companies.
In collaboration with the visiting employer delegation, we assist with candidate selection.
Trainees who successfully pass the interviews continue receiving necessary training to prepare for employment in Japan.
3. Medical Check-Up & Documentation After Interview Success
After passing the interview, Shwe Depan arranges medical examinations for the candidates.
Only those who pass the medical check-up are confirmed and selected.
We then proceed with all passport applications required for departure to Japan.
We also submit the job offer documents sent by the respective Japanese companies to the relevant ministries for approval.
Once approved, we further obtain the necessary confirmation from the Ministry of Labour for the trainees.
4. On-the-Job Language Support in Japan
Even after the trainees arrive in Japan and begin working at their assigned companies, our partner companies continue to support them through workplace Japanese language training.
These lessons help improve communication, deepen understanding, and reduce workplace difficulties.
By improving language skills, trainees can express their needs clearly and avoid unnecessary problems, leading to a more harmonious and enjoyable work environment.
5. Long-Term Benefits for Returning Trainees
After completing their term and returning to Myanmar, trainees benefit from their improved Japanese language proficiency and technical skills.
They are able to contribute back to the country and gain better job opportunities for themselves
